Henry Cavill and Luke Evans Immortals Workout

Get ready….

From the makers of 300 comes the 2011, highly anticipated, Immortals. And from Physique180.com… The Immortals Workout

A sure to be, box office hit, that will display the ripped physiques of Greek gods and goddesses.

Theseus, played by Henry Cavill, comes forth to save Hyperion. As the lead character, Cavill had to make sure that his body was that of a Greek god (well… at least savior of the Gods).

Luke Evans plays the role of Zeus, so you know he has to look the part. As the God of Gods, Luke trained extra hard to stand out amongst the other immortals.

Kellen Lutz, who plays Poseidon, has been praised for his buff body in previous movies, including the Twilight Saga.

In order to get a rock hard body, you training must be spot on and your diet as clean as possible.

Here is a training routine inspired by the hard bodies of Immortals. A full body routine designed to maximize muscular definition and minimize fat deposits. Creating strength and shredding muscles 360 degrees around the body!

Train Like Conan the Barbarian

A modern day Conan the Barbarian Workout

A well rounded strength training routine, designed to build that lean muscle. It consist of those “meat and potatoes” type lifts. Romanian deadlifts, pulldowns, and bent-over rows are just the beginning of this workout routine.

Conan the Barbarian is an upcoming 3-D sword and sorcery filmcreated by Robert E. Howard. It is a new adaptation, separate from the earlier 1980s Arnold Schwarzenegger films. The film is set to star Jason Momoa in the lead role, being supported by Rose McGowan, Stephen Lang, Ron Perlman, Bob Sapp and Rachel Nichols, with Marcus Nispel directing. Filming began on March 15, 2010 and concluded on June 5, 2010. The film will be released on August 19, 2011.

After his father is murdered and village destroyed, Conan ventures into an unforgiving world where he survives as a thief, pirate, and warrior. On his path of wanton adventure and women, Conan chances upon the warlord responsible for his tribe’s destruction. As he tracks Khalar Zym, Conan battles monsters, Zym’s henchmen, and Marique, a powerful witch.

What you will notice is the difference in body type from Arnold Schwarzenegger to Jason Momoa. Not many people are, or will ever be, as large and in charge as Arnold. However, Jason has a solid physique in this 2011 remake.

Physique 180 has developed a workout in the name of the upcoming movie, Conan the Barbarian. Check it out and give it a shot.
